Directions: It is a 25 minute taxi ride from JR Kyoto train station to Rankyokan Bekkan Ryokan. You can also take the JR Sagano line for about 20 minutes to Saga Arashiyama train station and then take a taxi from there.
For Guests staying at the Honkan
Rankyokan provides a private boat pick up service for the guests who stay at the Honkan. The boats depart from the Bekkan and are a free service for guests at the ryokan. The last boat departs from the Bekkan at 18:45. If you miss the last boat you can either call the ryokan and they will pick you up by car or walk. The walk is very dark and we do not recommend doing it at night through it is beautiful during the day. Please be careful. |
