Sakoya is a very traditional ryokan located in the hills of Yoshino. The entire building is made of Yoshino cypress and cedar wood, which gives it a relaxing feel. Over the course of it's long history it has been favored by many writers and artist who still visit to be inspired. Directions:From Kintetsu Yoshino train station, take the cable car to the last station. It is a 5 minute walk from the last station to Sakoya. There is also a pick-up service from the last cable car station to Sakoya.
