下記にご予約成立までの手順、キャンセル料のご請求等をお知らせ致しますのでご確認下さい。

ご予約成立までの手順

1. まず空室のお問合わせをお電話、Fax等でさせていただきます。
2. その後、お客様からご予約ご希望の場合は、改めて弊社からご予約お申込みFAXをお送り致します。（万が一のキャンセル料ご請求の為クレジットカード番号等をお知らせ）
3. ご予約成立のご確認を頂けましたら大変有り難くお願い致します。
4. 以上でご予約成立です。
5. 宿泊料金のお支払いは、原則として現地払いの現金払いでお願いします。

万が一のキャンセル料金のご請求

1. ご予約時にお知らせしておりますお客様のクレジットカードから、お引き落とし頂きますようお願い致します。お客様にはその旨お知らせしてありますので結構です。
2. 弊社では、直接お客様から料金お支払い等の扱いは一切しておりませんのでご了承の程よろしくお願い致します。

Please take your shoe off here. We will put them in the shoe storage box here at the entrance. Please do not worry as no one will steal your shoes.

お客様の傘はこちらの傘立てのほうにお入れ下さい。(お部屋にお持ちにならない様お願いします)
Please leave your umbrellas in the umbrella stand. (not in your room)

ご宿泊料金には(10%のサービス料、5%の税金)は含まれておりませんのでご了承ください。

問題 Problems

お邪魔しまして申し訳ありませんが他のお客様から苦情が出ています。もう少しお静かに願いますか？
I am sorry to interrupt but we have got guest complaints about the noise. Could you please talk a little more quietly?

他のお客様も同じ湯船に入られますので、湯船の外でお体と髪をお洗いになって湯船に入られる様お願いします。湯船のお湯はいつも綺麗にして頂きます様ご協力ありがとうございます。
Please wash your body and hair before getting into the bathtub as the same water is used for all guests and we want to keep this water clean. Thank you for your understanding.
