You will enjoy hot spring baths that warm your body. This is a quiet and peaceful Minshuku. The best thing about this hotel is the variety of delightful dishes such as baked salmon on a magnolia leaf or small grilled char in hot sake (Iwana-no-kotsuzake). You can satisfy your appetite with seasonal home cooking using local natural ingredients such as wild plants or mushrooms. The interior of the dining-room is finished with a natural Akita cedar so you can feel cozy and fully enjoy the mountains.
