Koshimizu Ryokan

Location: Odawara, Kanagawa Prefecture

Note: Closed for construction. Welcome to Koshimizu Ryokan. This Traditional Ryokan (see definition of ryokan styles below) has a 300 year history, and it has hosted a number of famous Japanese leaders including the Meiji-era Japanese Emperor. There are 14 Japanese-style rooms at Koshimizu Ryokan, 4 of them have their own private bath and toilet. There are indoor baths available for both women and men (same gender only). Traditional Japanese-style cuisine is served to Koshimizu Ryokan's guests. Check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is before 10:00 am. Parking is available, and some English is spoken.

Attention: There is no hot spring at Koshimizu Ryokan.

Directions: It is a 35 minute ride on the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) from Tokyo train station to Odawara train station. It is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi ride from JR Odawara train station's East Exit to Koshimizu Ryokan.
