Welcome to Taiseikan, this secluded “Traditional” Ryokan is perfect for those who want to really get away from the world. The only way to enter or exit the ryokan is by Taiseikans own cable car (You board the cable car from Dogashima Vally).

This ryokan boasts fresh and natural hot spring water from 5 bores, that not only flows to the public bath but to the rooms with baths too! They also boast over 3000 square meters of garden facing the valley and to top it off they offer Traditional Japanese meals using fresh seasonal ingredients served to your room.

3 minute walk from Miyanoshita Station (Hakone Tozan Line) to the cable car information center.

[From Narita International Airport]
Take Airport Limousine Bus or NARITA EXPRESS(NEX) limited express to Shinjuku. And then take the “Romance Car”(Odakyu Line) to Hakone-Yumoto Station and then use the Hakone-Tozan Line from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Miyanoshita. Or you can take the Shinkansen to Odawara (from Tokyo Station or Shinagawa Station) and then take Hakone-Tozan Line to Miyanoshita Station.

[By Car]
From Tokyo: Get on the Tomei Expressway to the Atsugi Interchange and take the Odawara-Atsugi Expressway, enter Route 1 from the Hakone Exit and then go towards Miyanoshita.
From Gotemba: To Miyanoshita on Route 138.
