Location: Kaga, Ishikawa

Welcome to Beniya Makuya. This Luxorious Ryokan (see definition of ryokan styles below) has 8 Japanese-style guest rooms. 2 Western-style guest rooms and 6 Japanese Western-style guests rooms. Each room has a private outdoor hot spring bath and all Japanese-style rooms are on the 1st floor or garden floor and face a grove of trees. Each Japanese-style room has a terrace. There are terrace rooms available with hammocks (not for children). There are also rooms available with open-air jacuzzi baths. All Western-style rooms are on the 2nd floor and face a grove of trees. Each Western-style room has a terrace and you can enjoy the sky view through the skylight of the roof covered terrace. Japanese/Western-style rooms are from the 2nd to 4th floor with either a beautiful view of grove of trees or town in Yamashiro depending on the floor. All combined Western and Japanese-style rooms have a Japanese room with a wide covered Veranda and a twin bed room. Each Japanese/Western-style room has a walk-in closet. There are also indoor and outdoor hot spring baths for both women and men (same gender only). Traditional Japanese-style cuisine is served to the guests at Beniya Mukayu. Guests can order snow crab during the winter. Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 11:00 am. Parking is available.

Directions: Is a 10 minute taxi ride from JR Kagaonsen Station. There is also a pick-up service from JR Kagaonsen train station. Advanced reservations are needed for this service.

To get to JR Kagaonsen Station from Kansai Airport, take a Haruka Express to JR Kyoto Station (about 75 minutes), then take a JR special express Thunder Bird to JR Kagaonsen Station (about 105 minutes).
