Location: Kinosaki Onsen (Kinosaki Hot Spring), Hyogo Prefecture

Welcome to Tsutaya Ryokan, a traditional 3 story Traditional Ryokan (see definition of ryokan styles below). Tsutaya Ryokan is filled with history; for example Katsura Kogoro, one of the leading figures who defeated the Edo Shogunate in the late 1800s, hid away in Tsutaya Ryokan for 3 months in 1864. Each guest room is unique at Tsutaya Ryokan, including the Hagi Room which is filled Japanese fragrances and features a painting of Kinosaki by Ryota Matsuzaki. The hot spring bath is open 24 hours a day for your enjoyment, and fresh seafood cuisine is served at meals. Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 10:00 am. English is spoken.
