Welcome to Hotel Shikisai. This Modern Ryokan (see definition of ryokan styles below) is near historic Nikko, and located in one of the most popular natural areas in Japan.. There are 21 Japanese style rooms, 11 Japanese style rooms with beds (instead of futon) and 4 Western style rooms. All rooms have private baths and toilets. Also, there are 2 indoor and 4 outdoor hot spring baths, separated by gender. Traditional Japanese cuisine is served at Hotel Shikisai. Check-in time is from 14:00 to 18:00, and check-out time is before 10:00. Parking is available.

Directions: From JR Nikko train station, please take the bus bound for Yumoto Onsen or Chuzenji Onsen (about a 50 minute bus ride) and get off the bus at Chuzenji Bus Stop. There is a pick-up service (reservation needed), or a shuttle bus (also needs a reservation) that leaves from Nikko Station at 14:30 and takes about 50 minutes.
