DivXtech.com provides one (1) year warranty on all sales item from the date customer takes delivery of an order. All warranty item must be sent to DivXtech.com office with an RMA. The customer should contact support@divxtech.com and provide following information:
1. Name of the purchaser
2. Serial number of the unit (located on bottom of unit)
3. Approximate time when the unit was purchased
3. Description of problem
DivXtech.com will send an RMA form with instruction. Also, an RMA number will be provided for your reference.
DivXtech.com reserves the right to reprogram, repair or replace the defective unit whole or in part. |
