Explanation of the service (From the Airport):

After customs clearance passengers should go to the MK counter located next to gate H in the international arrivals lobby. (See the map below). The shuttle bus will take you to your reserved Ryokan.

Explanation of the service (To the Airport):
Shuttle bus will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the entrance of the airport, the time to pick up will be arranged according to your flight departure schedule, hotel will be informed of the pick up schedule one day in advance.

Prices:
The service cost is 3,500 yen per pasenger plus a basic 500 yen fee per group (one-way trip) taxes and tolls included. This cost will be deducted from your credit card upon reservation of the service. Cancellation fees are as follow (always Japanese time apply):

• 4 to 10 days before departure: 20%
• 2 to 3 days before departure: 30%
• 1 to 2 days before departure: 40%
• Same day of the departure: 100%

In addition to this cancelation fees, there might be other fees for transferring your money internationally, we try to keep this fees as low as possible, but they do not depend on us.

Remarks:

• It takes less than 3 hours from hotel to airport, the shuttle might do stops at different hotels to pick up or leave other passengers. Each shuttle carries a maximum of 9 passengers.
• It is possible that there will be a few minutes waiting time at the airport.
• Baggage is limited to one piece, the total lenght of the three sides of the luggage should not exceed 200 cm. Hand luggage is free of charge.
• Due to occurances beyond our control, late a rrival or sudden cancelation of our service may happen..
• Over sized baggage like surfboards, musical instruments, golf bags, skiis, etc incur in extra charges.
