Welcome to Matsuya Ryokan. This Standard Ryokan (see definition of ryokan styles below) is located in Zenkoji, a temple operated by priests from both the Tendai and Jodo Shu schools of Buddhism. Zenkoji becomes a favorite site of religious pilgrims when it displays its hibutsu, or 'hidden Buddha,' once every six years. There are 14 Japanese style rooms, including 7 with private baths and toilets, 2 with private toilets, and 5 without private facilities. Two shared, indoor baths are also available (non-hot spring baths) from 15:00 until 23:00. Traditional Japanese cuisine is served at Matsuya Ryokan. Parking is available. Standard Ryokan
