Description

Omaru Onsen Ryokan

Location: Nasu, Tochigi Prefecture

Welcome to Omaru Onsen Ryokan. This Modern Ryokan (see definition of ryokan styles below) is located in a high mountain valley in very quiet surroundings. The hot springs were first discovered here in 1691. There are indoor and outdoor hot spring baths for both women and men (same gender only), and there are also mixed outdoor hot spring baths (women and men together). Omaru Onsen Ryokan has an indoor "family bath" which means a family can hang a sign outside of the bath and bathe together privately (please ask at the front desk for details). The hot spring baths are open 24 hours a day. There are 28 Japanese-style rooms, and the guest rooms in the "Bekkan" have their own private bath and toilet. The guest rooms in the "Honkan" (original building) have shared bathing and toilet facilities. Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 10:00 am. Parking is available.
