Saga Prefecture is located in the
northwest part of Kyushu island between Nagasaki and Fukuoka.
There is a lot of natural beauty in this part of Japan, and
there are 6 parks and 1 quasi-national park in this prefecture.
The most popular sightseeing areas are "Nijino Matsubara"
and Genkai National Park whose Nanatsugama rocks are well-known.
There are many hot spring places in Saga such as Ureshino, Takeo,
Furuyu, and Kumanogawa. The most famous Saga pottery is Imari
and Arita. |
